Dr. Delia Grace is a senior epidemiologist and veterinarian at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) with expertise in research at the agriculture and health interface. She has extensive experience working in developing countries. Dr. Grace received her PhD from the Free University Berlin in veterinary epidemiology, her certificate in advanced veterinary practice from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, an MSc from the University of Edinburgh in Tropical Veterinary Medicine, and a Bachelors of Veterinary Medicine from the National University of Ireland. She currently leads four major international research projects relating to food safety and has numerous publications from peer reviewed journal articles to book chapters and beyond. Dr. Grace will work with the TARTARE Disease Burden team to provide epidemiological expertise on food safety.
