Allison Jennings is the Vice President of Food Safety at Albertsons Companies based out of the Greater Seattle Area, one of the largest food and drug retailers in the United States; operating stores across 34 states and the District of Columbia under 20 well-known banners. Allison has years of experience in food safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance, administering within various roles such as Senior Food Safety Manager for 215+ Kroger retail stores, to Director of Worldwide Food Safety, Compliance and Quality at Amazon.
Allison received her Master of Science in Food Service and Lodging Administration from the University of Tennessee, her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of California, Davis, and was a Culinary Arts Program attendee at Johnson & Wales University.
