Our 2023 CFI Food Safety Think Tank (April 5, 2023) is being held as part of a three-day event (April 3-5, 2023), in conjunction with Food Safety Tech. During this Think Tank, we will bring together an interdisciplinary group of advocates to develop ideas and give advice on food safety research and advancement. This event highlights the research, policy work, and outreach of our staff and students in 2022. Event participants will have opportunities to network with CFI students, poster presenters, OSU Faculty and food safety experts. Event participants will also have the opportunity to participate in a CFI fundraising dinner on Tuesday, April 4th to help raise funds to support our students’ research.
