#MeetTheStudentMonday: Harmeen Prasher is a Ph.D. student in Food Science and Technology at The Ohio State University. Harmeen has been a Graduate Research Associate with CFI since June of this year and has contributed to local and international research on quantitative microbial risk assessment of foodborne diseases concerning public health. We are excited to see where her current research on Norovirus and work with the Handwashing For Life Institute will lead.
