First, wet your hands.
Add soap.
Rub both sides for at least 20 seconds.
Rinse thoroughly.
Air dry, or dry with a clean towel or paper towel.
Wash your hands after using the toilet.
Wash your hands after changing a baby’s diaper.
Wash your hands after touching animals.
Pets don’t belong in the kitchen where food is being prepared.
If you are sick try to only cook for yourself so you won’t get other people sick.
Cover up cuts on your hands when you cook. There are germs in that open cut that will get into your food.
